With a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Gerard R. “Gerry” Stuckart spent much of his professional career specializing in Environmental Health and Safety management in the Oil and Gas industry, first in Texas and then in Florida. He eventually transitioned to commercial agriculture and manufacturing, where he served as Safety Manager over three locations for a major Florida sugar producer.
But after more than thirty years of working for someone else, Gerry was ready to start his own company. He’s now the proud owner of a National Property Inspections franchise, serving much of Palm Beach and Martin Counties with his three decades of inspection experience. Additionally, he has been approved by the State of Florida to teach Home Inspection 101 and The Top Ten Red Flags, State-approved courses that offer Continuing Education Units (CEUs) for real estate agents.
Gerry is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), maintaining a Certified Inspector’s membership, and is a member of the Florida Association of Building Inspectors (FABI), maintaining a Registered Professional Inspector membership. He is also a Certified Residential Thermographer (CRT) and a Wind Mitigation and Four Point Inspector.
Gerry welcomes inquiries from commercial and residential buyers and sellers, as well as anyone else needing information about the property inspection process.
